Terms & Conditions

1. Entering the Competition:
a. This Competition is governed by and subject to the following Terms and Conditions (Competition).
b. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
c. Participation in this Competition constitutes an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
d. Patrons who become a member to Fusion at Crown by entering their details for online membership between the dates of Monday, 22nd December 2008 until Saturday, 31st January 2009 will receive an opportunity to win a Fusion VIP Experience.
e. All membership details must be completed in full and received before 9am Sunday, 1st February 2009. No other method of entry other than online will be accepted.
f. The draw will take place at 11am Monday 2nd February 2009 at the Crown Entertainment offices, Level B1, Crown Entertainment Complex, 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank VIC 3006. The prize is described below.
g. In the event the prize has not been claimed by the winner by midnight Saturday, 28th February 2009, an unclaimed prize draw will be held at midday Monday, 2nd March 2009 at Crown Entertainment offices, Level B1, Crown Entertainment Complex, 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank VIC 3006.

2. Prize
a. One Fusion VIP Experience including VIP entry for 4 people and a Fusion drink card to the value of $300.

TOTAL VALUE: $360.00

3. Important notice to all patrons:
a. The Prize is strictly not redeemable for cash or transferable and is non-negotiable.
b. The Fusion drink card is only valid on the night it is redeemed. Should the full value of the drink card not be redeemed, the balance is not redeemable for cash or transferable.
c. Prize is valid for 12 months from date of issue
d. Crown will notify the winner by telephone and mail.
e. The winner’s name and suburb will be published in the Herald Sun newspaper on Tuesday, 10th February 2009.
f. Crown reserves the right and licence to use the winner’s name, suburb, photograph, image and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising the Competition and/or the Crown Entertainment Complex.
g. The Competition is only open to persons aged 18 years and over who are not excluded from the Casino for any reason.
h. Crown practises responsible service of alcohol.
i. Employees of Crown, the Burswood Group of companies and are not permitted to participate in the Competition.
j. Subject to law, Crown (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition or the Prize (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the Prize). This clause does not apply to the extent that Crown’s liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of Crown in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to a prize winner in the ordinary course of Crown’s business.
k. Crown reserves the right to cancel this Competition at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside Crown’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation guidelines.
l. Crown’s decisions in connection with any aspect of this Competition will be final and binding on each entrant.
m. Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in immediate disqualification.
n. Disqualification will be at Crown’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
o. Entrants’ information collected during this promotion will not be disclosed to any third parties, unless such disclosure is required by law.
p. Other terms and conditions may apply in relation to the use of the Prize.
q. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, ‘Crown’ means Crown Melbourne Limited ABN 46 006 973 262.
