mR Timothy
Australia

As the waters of Oz house sat stagnant, mR Timothy appeared with a splash to send ripples thru a club scene in search of a new freestylin' hero. Plucked from the hedonistic late 90's heyday, mR Timothy was mentored by the likes of international legends E Smoove and Steve Silk' Hurley to spearhead the down under house revival. Before you could say three smash club hits, the dude went global!

Signed to Vicious (home to Madison Avenue, Rogue Traders & J Wess) mR Timothy exploded onto the scene with Keep Rockin' , Featuring Donica Thorton on vocals, an old school party house stormer that went straight to #1 on the Italian Dance charts. Followed by I Am Tha 1, he took house back onto Australian radio, wreaked havoc on his homeland's club charts and crossed over to the commercial pop charts. Hooking back up with I Am Tha 1 singer Inaya Day, mR Timothy soon delivered Stand By Me , another dance floor magnet that reflected both his time spent in Chicago and the hours misspent at Melbourne's infamous club Freakazoid.

All three cuts now form the cornerstone of mR Timothy's debut album, This Is Tha 1 . And Yep, they're accompanied by another nine potential club anthems. Hurley Protge Sharon Pass rips through on I'm On My Way (I'm Commin') , lifting mrT's 4-on-da-floor off the decks, past the hands-in-the-air and into house heaven. U want soul? U get nothing but as Rashaan Patterson's vocals fly across the rollin' groove of 4 Eva . Jammin' the studio with jazz aficionados such as Hilary H' Fernandes, I Love.. brings a live band swelter to proceedings. And with Sharon Pass up front again, You're My Love delivers the album's smoothest joint.

Get 2 Know U Better finds former Aussie Pop Stars most credible discovery Katie Underwood doing what she does best adding fire to the set's raunchiest outing. Inaya Day's third appearance creates what mrTimothy refers to as an instant party with Got 2 Get Up , guaranteed to start the party whether it be midnight, mid-morning, or middle of the day. Sweet Heaven is exactly that as mrT pays respect to his rock roots aided by the presence of the eternally classy and platinum throated Andrew Roachford. Work This Out may have started as a time killer in the studio but Sharon Pass proves mR Timothy's belief that she always has another level to go and this song soars from club foreplay to dirty dance floor.

mR Timothy will be returning to Fusion for a night of heart pumping beats, check back for dates
